Wayne/Winfield Area Youth/Family Services: WAYS          

Tutoring by Certified Teacher: WAYS has provided tutoring to the community for the past 28 years! Tutoring is provided year round.  Tutor are certified teachers; WAYS tutors are capable of covering most grades with years of teaching experience.  They work one-on-one with students and coordinate efforts with the parents, school recommendations, and classroom work. One of WAYS’ tutors is a high school math and science specialist. Tutors have also covered the subjects of Reading Comprehension, Writing, and History.

WAYS tutors communicate with students' classroom teachers to assess the child’s needs and to set goals for tutoring. Sessions are $25 an hour; scholarships are available.
